We started New Riverside Pest Control to give Lowcountry homeowners a better alternative to large corporate pest companies. While pest control is a luxury, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to feel comfortable and protected by professionals that take the time to tailor care to each individual customer. We have years of customer service, field experience and knowledge and are excited to be Bluffton small business owners. Since moving here in 2021, we have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of living in the Lowcountry. We are determined to leave it a better place than we found it! How It Works
Choose a protection plan that best suits you! All of our standard plans are priced for homes with square footage up to 2,500sq. ft.! Price will increase by $25 per 1,000 sq. ft. thereafter. Example: A 2,500-3,500sq. ft. home would start at $110. Starting prices shown are for Quarterly plans. Bi-monthly plans are also available upon request. Payment is due only after each service is completed!* If you are not satisfied at any time, you may cancel without penalty as long as the account has been paid to date.
All services will include an interior baseboard spray of problem areas and entry points with the first service and will be exterior services with interior upon request after that. If you are having issues on the interior, please make sure to contact us prior to your next service so we can schedule it. Exterior services will be done at the technicians earliest convenience during the month in which your service is due. This is a maintenance service so you do not need to be present. We always try to keep it within 3-5 days of your last service date to ensure maximum protection! As soon as the service is completed you will receive a text and/or email.
Chemicals used are water based and have a positive interaction with rain and irrigation. Exterior chemicals will have a residual of 60-90+ days and interior chemicals will have a residual of 9-12+ months. Exterior will include granular or liquid perimeter spray treatment, wasp check, as well as complimentary webbing. We will choose the correct treatment for the weather and time of year at each service so rest assured you are getting the best coverage for your home and maximizing every dollar you have spent entrusting us with your pest control needs!
Garages (attached or detached) and screened lanais/patios will also be treated on the interior with the first service as previously stated and treated on the exterior during subsequent services. At this time we do not offer or cover the control of bed bugs, termites, wildlife or nuisance animals, rodents, wood destroying organisms, neglect/sanitation, or exclusion services. German roach, mosquito, flea/tick, snake, and full property fire ant treatments can be had with a separate contract at an additional cost.

How It Works
A simple process with an immediate impact. Your first service will include a full interior baseboard spray and exterior perimeter treatment, including webbing, followed by bi-monthly or quarterly exterior only maintenance. Our general pest treatments offer protection against 75+ different pests! Including common household insects like cockroaches, spiders, earwigs, silverfish, ants, and stored product pests. All of our water based chemicals have long lasting results indoors and interact positively with rainfall and irrigation systems outdoors so you can rest assured that your exterior treatment will yield lasting results. While every home is different you can normally expect to see the effects within 24-48 hours.
Upon service completion, you will receive an invoice showing arrival/departure time, chemicals usage, and any notes relative to the treatment. Simply click the link to pay the invoice via the portal. Easy! There will be no added fees should the account be paid to date if you decide the service isn't for you. Just let us know prior to your next service you would like to cancel. Once the service has been completed, you will be charged.
